Q. I signed up for DiSEL (account registration) but did not receive the certification email

A. Please check with your phone carriers and providers settings. Sometime they use their own spam processing separately from your spam settings.
Even if you did not set to avoid spam emails, it may be rejected as a spam mail or have moved to the spam folder.

If you have not receive an email from DiSEL, please check if it has been moved to the spam folder first.
If the email has not been moved to the spam folder, please add the DiSEL domain "disel.io" to your permission list in the spam mail setting.
If the email is blocked by your carrier's spam settings, you have to change the setting of reception permission separately.

After giving permission to receive "disel.io" domain, please try re-sending mail from "Resend confirmation mail" button on Menu > "Signup" .
In this case, if the e-mail address you enter is different from the registered e-mail address, the re-sent mail will not be received. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct.

Q. When logging in, I get "Your account is not active. Please confirm your email by following the URL provided in the confirmation email." error message and cannot register an account.

A. When signing up (account registration) from Menu > "Account", an authentication email will be sent to your registered email address and this is still in a state of temporary registration.
Your account will not be available until this registration completes. Please click on the URL of the certification email to complete this registration.

Q. When I tap on the authentication URL, I get "Something went wrong during signup. Please make sure that you provided a correct email address and that your passwords match. " error message and cannot complete my registration.

A. The URL for authentication has a valid time of 5 minutes.
If more than 5 minutes pass, the authentication link will be invalidated. You can reconfirm the authentication mail from the "Re-send confirmation mail" button on the Menu >"Sign up". Please resend your email and tap on certification link within 5 minutes.

Q. I get "Something went wrong when logging in. Please make sure that you provided the correct username/email and password." error message and cannot login.

A. To use DiSEL, you need to register DiSEL separately from the game account registration. Please register an account from the Menu > "Sign Up" on the DiSEL Top page.

If you cannot login even though you have registered your DiSEL account, it is possible that your username/email address or password are incorrect.
If you enter your e-mail address/user name and password using copy and paste, there is a possibility that a "space" may have been entered by mistake. Please make sure that you do not have space.
In addition, even when using predictive conversion, errors such as a single character can be different, or symbols such as "@", "-" (Dash), "_" (underscore), etc. being entered.
Login to DiSEL can be either email address or user name. Please try both.

If you forgot your password, you can reset your password from "Forgot password?" on the Log in screen.

Linking with Game Account

Q. I get "Something went wrong when authenticating your Asobimo Account. Make sure that you have entered the correct account credentials. " error message and cannot link my game account.

A. In order to use the Asobimo Account to link the game with the DiSEL account, you need to register the Asobimo Account with your game account in advance.
After registering your Asobimo Account with the game account, please link the game with DiSEL.
The following game titles can be linked with DiSEL using the Asobimo Account.

● Toram Online

*Avabel Online has finished registering with new Asobimo Accounts. If you have a game account that has not been registered as an Asobimo Account, please use phone verification.

Q. I have not received the SMS (Short Message Service) when linking the game

A. Is your phone set to receive SMS?
Even if you use an SMS compatible SIM, you cannot receive if you set the SMS reception refusal setting.

In addition, some phone carriers may have a setting for rejecting SMS from overseas.
Since SMS from our company is sent from an overseas server (U.S.), if there is a setting to reject SMS from foreign countries, there is a possibility that you cannot receive SMS. Please change your SMS setting as well.

Please refer to the above and if you confirm that it is set to be able to receive SMS, please enter your number on the phone authentication registration screen and try sending the SMS again.
When you want resend the SMS, please wait 30 seconds or more.

In addition, the certification code sent by SMS has an effective time of 5 minutes.
If 5 minutes or more have passed since, the certification code will be invalidated. Please enter the certification code within 5 minutes.

Q. I get "Something went wrong when verifying the One Time Password (OTP)" error message and cannot link my game.

A. This is an error message that appears when you enter an expired authentication code or if there is any character in the linked game account.
The valid period of the authentication code in the SMS is 5 minutes, so please enter within 5 minutes.
Please wait at least 30 seconds before attempting to re-send SMS.
Also, if there is any character in the game account, please try again after creating the character.

Q. I get "Something went wrong when requesting the verification SMS. Make sure that the phone number you typed in is correct." error message and cannot link the game.

A. You need to register a phone number with the game account before you can use SMS to link games with your DiSEL account.
Please register the phone number with the game account and then link the game with DiSEL.
The following game titles can be linked with DiSEL using SMS.
If you want to link with other game titles, please use Link with Asobimo Account.

If the above error occurs even though the registration of the phone number has been completed with the game account, please recheck with your phone number.
Be sure to enter the phone number in half-width digit numbers.
In addition, please also check whether there is an half-width space before or after by mistake.

Q. I get "Something went wrong when sending the verification SMS to you. " error message and cannot linked the game.

A. There is a possibility that SMS sending center is congested and there might have delays in sending SMS.
Please wait for a while.
If you wait and still have not receive the SMS, please try sending the SMS again.

Q. I made a mistake linking with my game account. Is it possible to change it?

A. You cannot change once linking your game account.

About buying and selling Items

Q. Does it cost a fee when buying or selling items?

There are no fees when purchasing Items in DiSEL.
When you sell an item, there will be a commission fee deducted equivalent to 30% of the Item selling price.
e.g. When you sold a item for 100 points, you will receive 70 points.

Q. I cannot list item for Avabel Online

A. There are some restrictions on the items that can be sold on the DiSEL.
Please understand that some items can be effected strongly with the game balance.

The items that can be sold at Avabel Online are as the follows.
● There are items that can be sold and items that cannot.
● The item types that can be listed are updated from time to time and are not disclose.
● Only the items that are in acquisition initial state is possible to be listed.
● Items that have been strengthened after acquisition cannot be sold.

Q. I can not sell items on the Toram Online

A. There are some restrictions on the items that can be sold on the DiSEL.
Please understand that some items can be effected strongly with the game balance.
The items that can be sold at Toram Online are as the follows.

● Spina
Up to 10 units of 100,000 Spina can be deposited in 10 days at the Special Storage (resets 10 days after the first deposit).
In addition, the total amount of Spina deposited in Special Storage is up to 1000 units, including those sent from DiSEL.
You can still send from DiSEL even if the number exceeds to 1000 but your new deposit cannot be made.
*When withdrawing, 5% Spina will be cost as withdrawal fee. The withdrawal fee will waive according to the number of purchase Spina at DiSEL.

● Material Points
Up to 100 units of 10,000 can be deposited in 10 days at the Special Storage (resets 10 days after the first deposit).
In addition, the total amount of Spina deposited in Special Storage is up to 10,000 units, including those sent from DiSEL.
You can still send from DiSEL even if the number exceeds to 10,000 but your new deposit cannot be made.
*When withdrawing, 5% Material Point will be cost as withdrawal fee. The withdrawal fee will waive according to the number of purchase Material Point at DiSEL.

● EXP Potion
Only one potion can be deposited in Special Storage every 20 days (resets 20 days after deposit).
In addition, the total amount of EXP potions deposited in Special Storage is up to 100 potion, together with those sent from DiSEL.
You can still send from DiSEL even if the number is over 100 but you cannot make a new deposit.
* There is no withdrawal fee when making a withdrawal.
